د څېړونكو څېرنيز ظرفيت لوړاوى؛

د څېړنو دخپريدو له پاره چاپي او آنلاين ژورنالونو (مجلو) ايجاد؛

د هيواد له لويو پوهنتونو او نړيوالو څېړنيزو مركزونو سره د څېړنو يه برخه كي دوه اړخيزي اړيكي جورول؛

په ملي او نړيوالو څېړنو كي برخه اخلي؛

په تولنه كي د ستونزو تشخيص او حل لاري لټول؛

ملي او نړيوال څيړنيز ګرانتونه ترلاسه كوي

Promoting a culture of research;
Enhancing the research capacity of researchers;
Establishing print and online journals for the publication of research;
Establishing collaborative partnerships in research with major universities in the country and international research centers;
Participating in national and  international research activities;
Identifying problems in the community and seeking their solutions;
Securing national and international research grants
